Please join us for our last general membership meeting of 2011. As usual it will be held at the Municipal Building at 11th & Wharton Streets and starts promptly at 7pm.
The DNCA Outreach Committee is partnering with Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly to offer companionship to elderly neighbors who would otherwise be alone during the holidays, and to spend part of Christmas Day with them. Visits usually last between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
A property owner can request a street tree to be planted by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation. Planting of streets trees is ONLY done in the spring and fall and is dependent upon available funding. If you have a concern with an existing tree please complete a Tree Maintenance Service Request Form.
