Presentations on the zoning variance appeals for the following properties:

1325 S. 6th St.:

  • Non-Conforming use as a two-family property in a three-story structure
  • Property is currently zoned R10A (single-family dwelling)

525 Wharton St.:

  • Addition of a non-conforming powder room extension in rear yard
  • Non-conforming lot coverage as a result of addition

We’ll also be discussing other design issues, new zoning code and more in the neighborhood. We encourage all neighbors to attend!
