  • Details:  Applicant requests one change of use and two variances in order to 1) build a two unit three-story single family homes with pilot houses – specifically to create two lots reducing lot size from required 1440 sq. ft. to 928 sq. ft; 2) reduce open area from required 25% to 15.52%; 3) requests a use variance for two front entry accessory parking garages all of which requires a use or zoning variance under its current zoning of RSA-5.
