Zoning Meeting: Wednesday July 11, 6:00pm

Our next meeting will be Wednesday July 11th at 6:00pm at the Parsons building on Dickinson Square park at 4th and Morris. Below are the two zoning variances we will consider:

  • 532 Federal St
  • 646 Pierce St

532 Federal St

Documents:

646 Pierce St: Proposed single family home conversion to a first floor commercial property with two residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The proposal would have no rear yard as compared with the minimum 144 sq. ft. required. It would also have a deficiency of 0% open space where a minimum 20% is required for a corner lot.
