- 516 Federal St
- 646 Pierce St
516 Federal St: Proposed subdivision to create two lots from one. The new lot would be undersized, while the existing lot (which has an existing single-family home on it) would have a deficiency of 28.6% open space, where a minimum of 30% is required. Attached also are some of the documents related to that request (the rest will be in the next email due to attachment restrictions). Please let me know if you have any questions.
646 Pierce St: Proposed single family home conversion to a first floor commercial property with two residential units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The proposal would have no rear yard as compared with the minimum 144 sq. ft. required. It would also have a deficiency of 0% open space where a minimum 20% is required for a corner lot.
