Submit your ballot online at southphillyreview.com/contests (or fill out an official ballot located in the Review and mail it or drop it off) and receive the chance to win a grand prize of a $100 gift certificate from a Review advertiser of your choice in our March 15 Spring Guide. Second and third place prizes will be rewarded $75 and $50 gift certificates, respectively.
